成釉细胞瘤能否开窗术治疗？

患者：17 岁最近发现 化验、确证成釉细胞瘤 无 有关开窗术治疗成釉细胞瘤

上海市第九人民医院口腔科杨雯君：你好！成釉细胞瘤有很多类型，只有一小部分才能通过开窗治疗治愈。实性的肯定不行，最适合的是单囊性的第一和第二亚型，因为侵袭性不强，不易复发。单囊性的第三亚型肿瘤上皮会侵犯骨小梁，也不能开窗。所以需要X光照片，和树中冰冻切片活检确定到底是哪种类型。上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院口腔颌面-头颈肿瘤科杨雯君
